Join us for the next event of EnRoL! - The Human Rights & Rule of Law Speaker Series,, which is back on 25 September 2025, 4.00-5.00 p.m. (CEST).

We will discuss transitional justice, survivors’ rights and the European Green Deal with two wonderful women:

Dr. Ingrid Roestenburg (Institute for Justice and Reconciliation), with a presentation entitled ‘Why Words Matter: The Necessity of Concretising a Legal Definition of the Term Survivor’,

Mary Goretti Byamugisha (University of Salerno), with a presentation entitled ‘From Manono-Kitolo to Brussels: Understanding the Impact of the EU Green Deal on the Informal Mining Sector of Lithium and Cobalt in Africa.’
